Frequently Asked Questions

  • Design requests are unlimited, but will be worked on and delivered one at a time. The same applies for design editing. Completly redoing a design, however, is only unlimited for partners. The design of a "once-off" payment can only be redone up to 3 times.

  • Typically you will receive the designs within 2-3 days, depending on the type of project request. As soon as your design request is submitted, we will be in touch with timings, so you will know exactly when you can expect to see something.

  • There will never be any surprise hidden costs. Everything from fonts to placeholder images will be free and included in your package. If a project requires specific additions, for example, stock photography, then there would be additional costs, but this would be discussed with you first, and only once we have your consent will I proceed.
